Creamy Chicken Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients:
1 cooked chicken
1 cup cream
1 tin mushrooms in sauce
1 dessertspoon curry powder
1 cup milk
1 pkt cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon dry sherry

Method:
Remove and discard skin from chicken. Remove meat from bones and place in casserole dish. Combine milk, cream, soup, tinned mushrooms, curry powder and sherry in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over chicken pieces and cook for approximately 30 minutes in moderate oven.
