Chicken and Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked spiral noodles or macaroni
250g chicken fillets, skinned and halved.
240g can cream of asparagus soup
1 cup water
¾ tsp pepper
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp mixed herbs
½ cup grated tasty cheese
¼ cup breadcrumbs

Method:
Preheat oven to 340°F/ 170°C
Spread pasta over bottom of greased casserole dish.
Lay chicken fillets over the top. Combine soup, water, pepper, parmesan and herbs. Pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
Bake for 40 min or until the chicken is cooked and the topping is crisp.

Serves 4
